I am committed to helping folx navigate and transcend grief to be used as fuel for transformation. My work focuses on the development of an integrated and liberated sense of self through bereavement. I bring to my practice years of being a hospice spiritual and bereavement counselor, a certification in perinatal mental health, and my own experience as a baby-lost parent to create an inclusive space of deep listening and understanding. I am competent in coming alongside to help navigate the trauma, family and social stressors during and after loss. I believe that losing "our people", especially our children can feel impossible, but that with support and trust we can move from the absolute heart break and find new ways of being that honor our ties to our lost loved ones.
